The Holy Bible containing the Old and New Testaments, Rivingtons, Cambridge & London c.1870; crown 8vo, fine binding by Townsend of Sheffield in purple morocco with elaborate gilt decoration, raised bands, gilt dentelles to inner margins of boards and gauffered gilt edges with a fleur de lys pattern, ribbon bookmarker. Endpapers foxed, ownership inscription partly erased, first leaf of Genesis torn & in need of repair.
